Do you have what it take to be a Chief?

The Connecticut Chiefs hope you and your family enjoyed a wonderful Holiday season and trust that you are looking forward to a prosperous New Year.

The New Year presents us with the occasion to reflect upon the past but more significantly, provides an opportunity to look to the future. The Chiefs would like you to take this time to consider your future goals and not just the ones involving putting a puck in the net. The Chiefs believe that maintaining a strong academic foundation is the best route for players to collegiate hockey. We believe that a strong educational foundation is the most important objective that a family can set for their son.

How can the Chiefs hockey program help attain this goal?

The Chiefs showcase their players to as many academic and athletic decision makers as possible, affording their players the best opportunity to gain entry into the Prep School of their choice. The Chiefs truly believe that Prep School is the best route to collegiate hockey, while maintaining a strong academic foundation.

The Connecticut Chiefs Bantam Minor AAA Hockey Club is a full season Bantam Minor program specializing in the development and promotion of student athletes to the Prep School ranks. These young men have many similar traits that are best described by the following:

  • Exhibit great character
  • Desire for academic achievement
  • Passion for the great game of hockey

The Chiefs deliver an exceptionally competitive schedule playing Junior Boarding Schools, highly scouted tournaments and a cross section of the most competitive AAA Bantam teams in the New England and Mid- Atlantic regions. Since its inception the Chiefs schedule has totaled more than 50 games per season.

The Connecticut Chiefs hockey program has a proven track record of helping families achieve their goals, both academically and athletically. During the past three seasons we have helped in excess of 30 of our players move on to the Prep hockey ranks. The Connecticut Chiefs have been able to assist families in getting over $500,000 of financial aid to attend Prep School, keeping their dream of collegiate hockey alive.

Obviously, the Chiefs program is not for everyone. Do you have what it takes?
